Event Fees

To add event fees for an event you select Event Fees from the
Administration Menu. This will bring up the Event Fees page (see figure
1)

If you have administration privileges for more than one club select the club you
are here to administer. After you select the club the Event dropdown will
be populated with the events you have privileges to administer. Select the
event from the Event dropdown for which you need to add fees.
If fees have already been created for this Event they will be displayed in the table
at the bottom of the page.
Adding
To add a fee select the Fee Type and enter in the remaining data and click add.
Depending on the Fee Type selected the page will show a different set of controls.
Below is a list and description of each of the controls that may be shown.

Drivers
|
If this is a second driver fee enter 2. If it is a first driver fee enter
1. For example if you offered an additional driver for a reduced rate you
would enter a 2 in the drivers textbox. This lets the registration form know
this is a second driver and will prompt them for additional information and allow
them to register the same number as their co-driver.

Days
|
If the fee is for running Saturday and Sunday you would select both Saturday and
Sunday. If the entry fee was for Saturday only you would simply select Saturday.
This lets the system know which day to show during downloads and reports.
This data is also used when calculating Compliance fees.

Member/NonMember
|
Currently unused
|

Display Order
|
This is used to control the order in which you want the entry fees to be displayed
to the user. The convention is to placed the most likely options first.
|
Late Fee controls

Date
|
This is used to control the date at which this late fee is to be added. You
can add as many late fees as you like and they will be added together as the dates
past. So if you had a late fee of $50 to be applied on the 1st
and an additional late fee of $100 to be applied on the 15th a driver
registering on the 16th would be charged $150 late fee. That is
charging both the $50 and $100 late fee.
NOTE: These are in addition to the late fee added when the event was
created.

Compliance Fee controls

Classes
|
If you charge a compliance fee for classes you would set the single race amount
and select all the classes for which the fee would apply. This information
allow with the number of days for the selected entry fee are used to calculate the
total compliance fees.
