This walkthrough demonstrates how to add a club race to DLBRacing.com. It also demonstrates
how to set the entry fees, payment methods, classes and groups for the event.
After you have completed this walkthrough, you will see how easy it is to add events
to DLBRacing.com.
In this walkthrough, you will complete the following tasks:

Prerequisites
You must have administrative permission over a club. For more information contact DLBRacing.com about getting the correct permissions.
Adding New Event
All the activities on DLBRacing.com revolve around an Event type or a specific Event.
Let’s begin by adding the event to the calendar using the Event Wizard. For more information on how to use
this wizard see the Adding events to the calendar help
topic.
Adding Classes
Classes on DLBRacing.com have to be setup for each Event Type. Once the classes
are created you must group the classes for them to appear during registration. You
add classes to the DLBRacing.com by using the Classes page of the Event Wizard or the separate Classes page from the
Administration menu. For more information on how to use this page see the

Adding Groups
Classes are collected into groups. There must be at least one group for registration
to function. You can create groups for an Event type or for a specific Event. Separating
classes into groups allows you to control how many drivers are allowed to register
by group and also allows DLBRacing.com to resolve number conflicts for you. The
group information is also available in all downloads from DLBRacing.com. For information

Adding Event Fees
The Event Fees page allows you to set all the fees related to a specific event.
This page will allow you to set second driver discounts, charge for garages, have several late fees,
compliance, over crew fees etc. for this Event. For information on how to add Event Fees for an event see the Event Fees help topic.
Adding Payment Methods
The Payment Methods can be setup for an Event type or a specific Event. For information on how to setup Payment Methods see the
Payment Methods help topic.
