To add Heats to the system you select Heats from the Administration Menu. This will
bring up the Heats page (see figure 1).

If you have administration privileges for more than one club select the club you
are here to administer. After you select the club the Type dropdown will be populated
with the event types you have privileges to administer. Select the desired Event
Type to add Heats for that Event Type. To create a standard set of Heats select
Default from the Event dropdown. If you need to create Heats for a specific event
select the event from the Event dropdown.
If Heats have already been created for this Event Type they will be displayed in
the table at the bottom of the page.
Adding
To add a class complete the fields and click Add. The fields are defined in the
table below.

Editing
To edit an existing Heat click the edit icon next to the Heat you want to edit.
The controls defined above will be loaded with the current Heat information. Make
the desired changes and click the Update button.
Deleting
There are two ways to delete Heats. To delete a single Heat simply click the delete
icon on the row of the Heat you want to delete.
To delete several Heats at once use the check boxes to select all the Heats you
want to delete then click the small delete icon at the bottom of the column.
