Drivers can be added to events from the Registration menu. You can enter that page from the Management menu (see Figure 1). You will need the email address of the DLBRacing.com account for the driver or their club membership number you wish to register. If the email is not an account in DLBRacing.com you will be given and option to create a new account so that you can register the driver. If you DO NOT have an email address for the driver simply make one up. Develop a constant naming convention so you can find this driver in the future if they continue to register offline.
Once on the page select Register from Action dropdown and the correct event from the Event dropdown in the Register Drivers section then click Register Driver link. (see Figure 2).
Clicking the Register Driver link will take you to the event registration page. The page will display a new Administration section (see Figure 3). This section allows you to enter the email address of the driver you wish to register for the event. Enter the email address and click the Load button. If you want to register this driver without having to enter payment information (if configured to take payment online) check the “Register for free” check box. If this is un-checked you will be taken to the payment gateway to collect the payment information.
Once you click the load button the page will be reloaded with all the drivers’ information. You can now make the appropriate selections and click register.
